A You can expect to pay from N25,000 per night (an all-inclusive rate for one, two, three or five bedrooms). Rates will vary depending on your length of stay, location, and the size of your apartment. Q5: What time do I check in and out?

A Check-in is at 3pm. If you need an earlier or later check-in, let a member of Gem Apartments housing team know and will do all that is possible to accommodate your request. Checkout is by 11am on the day your lease ends. Please discard all unused groceries and trash before checking out of your apartment.



Q6: How will I pay for the serviced/corporate apartment?

A Payments can be made with approved bank cards, bank transfer and direct debits once a stay is more than one month.



Q7: What can I normally expect upon move in?

A You can expect full-size appliances, such as refrigerator, microwave, cooker, oven and a full-size washing machine. We also provide electronics, like a 40inch or larger television, cable tv, and a home telephone. Your apartment will be nicely furnished with a king- or queen-size bed, bedding and sheets, bathroom towels, and a complete houseware package. We’ve thought of everything—all you need to do is bring your suitcase.



Q8: How do I make a reservation?

Once approved, our experts will have you in your new home within 48-72 hours once all documentations are complete.
